Hilton Liverpool City Centre Hotel, Liverpool

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms offered the best view of the docks but had a bad shower and a smallish bathroom with a bath in between tables at breakfast. The service was not up to the mark, with some staff members being abrupt or making payment mistakes. However, the location was excellent, right in Liverpool town center. The dining experience had its ups and downs, as the food quality was good, but some items were served on cold plates. The facilities were decent overall.

This hotel had some fantastic aspects like a massive king size bed, a luxurious bathroom, access to the executive lounge, and great views from the window. However, there were a few downsides that impacted my stay.
